Welcome to our LSRE community website!

The Little Spokane River Estates is a wonderful oasis to the north of Spokane. Quiet streets, friendly neighbors, and our beautiful setting along the Little Spokane River make this an idyllic place to live. We enjoy wildlife including whitetail deer, turkeys, bald eagles, and the occasional moose or coyote.

We are a certified Firewise USA Community with an active program of community projects for wildfire preparedness. You can visit the Firewise USA website for more information on this program and tips on preparing your property for wildfire safety. We also participate in Neighborhood Watch to make sure everyone stays safe in our area. Our voluntary Board meets four times per year, and our annual meeting and community events welcome neighbors to get to know each other.
